Training Times

The club is open to anyone aged 16 or over. Unfortunately we do not teach children.

Training takes place in Hedge End on Monday evening 8.00-9.30pm & Thursday evenings from 8.00 - 10.00pm. Anyone wishing to join a class for the first time should contact Nigel for further information - 07970 684017.

The first two lessions are free for all new students so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain! Students attending for the first time should wear loose clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and a loose T shirt. They should also bring a bottle of water to drink if required.
